  • This service does not include setup, placement, or removal of packaging materials. However, Delivery Upgrades are available for this model.
  • Note: our products are shipped by freight (large trucks, 30 to 52 feet long, with lift gates). Freight carriers may use semi-trucks for residential deliveries.
  • Due to the truck’s size, not all addresses are accessible. Some locations that may have issues:
    Dense rural areas with no unloading zones
    Unpaved/dirt roads
    Streets where a truck may not be able to turn around
    Any Streets that the truck cannot access without risk of damage
    If the driver deems the location a liability to deliver to, the delivery may not be able to be completed.

Weather & Other Uncontrollable Events Disclosure: All shipments are subject to weather or other delays out of our control (i.e. traffic, road closures, etc.). Drivers are required to reduce speed or park if conditions are hazardous. Although it is rare, please be patient if this occurs, and know that we are doing everything we can to ensure your item arrives as quickly as possible.

  • The bed is shipped fully assembled.
  • The bed is inspected before shipping to make sure all parts are functioning and damage-free from the factory.
  • One box contains cabinet bed a compressed rolled mattress.

  • Upgraded Delivery is available for this model, which includes delivery to the room of choice, with unpacking, assembly, set-in-place, and debris removal.

  • You can cancel your order before it has shipped for a full refund. Once an item has shipped, it is subject to the following return policy.
  • We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, you may send it back within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price, less any shipping and handling costs.
  • Note: the item must be in its original condition and packaging. It must also be unused, and free of damage, pet hairs, soil, or stains.
  • Note: the cost of the return shipping and preparing the shipment for return is the customer’s responsibility. Refund amounts are based on the condition the bed is returned.

All night and Day Cabinet Beds come with a limited 10-year warranty. A limited 3-year warranty covers the supplied mattress.

How to Care for Wood Furniture:

  • Wipe down weekly a soft, lint-free cloth. Be sure to wipe dry.

Do not use harsh chemicals, household cleaners, or abrasives as they may damage the finish.

How to Care for Your Mattress:

  • Vacuuming is the recommended regular cleaning method. If you must clean a stain, use mild soap with cold water and apply lightly, allowing the mattress time to fully air dry.
  • If you need to, certain mattress covers can be removed and washed in cold water and line dried.
